SOFTWARE (StarTarg, PDFs, Shot Glass Gallery)

1. Correct email address - Please double-check that you provided the correct email address. Software packages and all communications are emailed to the address provided on the PayPal order form.
   
   
2. Payment methods impact delivery time:

A. Credit card orders are usually delivered within 24 hrs.

B. Check payments via PayPal or sent to our postal address - Please allow time for PayPal and your bank to process your check. Allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery.

HARDWARE (Plexiglass, CDs)

1. Credit card orders- Please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery in the continental USA.
2. Check payments via PayPal or our postal address - Please allow up to 2 weeks for PayPal and your bank to process your check. Allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery.

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER YET?

We do our utmost to send your order promptly. If you have not yet received your order, it could be due to one of these reasons.

1. Check payments via PayPal - PayPal and your bank could take up to 2 weeks to process your check. Allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery of your ASG order. Store items cannot be mailed until notification from PayPal has been received.
   
   
2. Your PayPal credit card order never 'went through'- If you didn't receive a confirmation after your PayPal order, it's likely that your order was never processed. This situation could occur if you lose your internet connection for any reason during the transaction. Check your credit card records to see if the order appears there. If it does appear and it has been more than 3 weeks since you made the order, contact me to confirm the status of the order. If it does not appear on your credit card bill, please place your order again.
   
   
3. Email filtering - If Andy's Shot Glass is not on your list of "friendly" email addresses, our email with the attached software could end up in your bulk mail folder or in some cases, be automatically deleted! Please add andysshotglass.com to your protected addresses, and check your bulk mail folder to see that your order did not end up there.
   
   
4. ASG Software information - Attachment file sizes: StarTarg= 2.3 MG, ShotGlass Gallery= 81KB, SkyView Pro Equatorial Mount PDF= 936KB. If your inbox will not accept an attachment this large, we can arrange to have you pull it off of our download page.
